Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect only the minimum data needed to operate the service:

  • Account information: your email address, username and subscription status;
  • Payment information: payments are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play or trusted third-party payment providers; we never store full card numbers or other sensitive payment details;
  • Technical data: connection times, aggregate bandwidth usage, client type and version, and the client’s interface language, used to maintain the service, optimise performance and send notices in your language;
  • Security and abuse-prevention data, used only to detect and handle behaviour that violates the Terms of Service: the source IP address, approximate region and time of sign-ins and subscription fetches; on our servers, only connections blocked for prohibited characteristics (such as BitTorrent / P2P, port scanning or mail-sending ports) are logged with their destination address, port and time and linked to the account, while normal connections are not logged; and the security state of the client environment (whether a packet-capture proxy, self-signed certificate, debugging tool or modified client is present).

2. No-Logs Policy

We do not log the websites you visit, the content you browse, your DNS queries or the content of your network traffic. Your normal online activity is not recorded, stored or shared. The only exception is a connection blocked for prohibited characteristics as described above: we record that connection’s destination address and port so that the violation can be handled and any appeal reviewed.

3. Data Usage

The data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

  • providing and improving VPNCheap and its services;
  • preventing abuse, fraud and malicious activity, including automated detection of BitTorrent / P2P downloading, account sharing, traffic interception and reverse engineering, port scanning and similar behaviour, and the graduated restrictions described in Section 5 of the Terms of Service;
  • customer support and service notices, including restriction, extension and restoration notices sent to your registered email address.

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Automated Decisions and Appeals

Restrictions are applied automatically based on the security data described above and notified to your registered email address. If you believe a decision is wrong, you can request a manual review at any time by opening a ticket in the app or emailing support@vpncheap.io. A restriction confirmed to be a mistake is lifted immediately and does not count as an occurrence.

5. Data Retention

  • Records of blocked connections are deleted automatically after 30 days;
  • Source-IP and region data is kept only as long as needed for recent analysis;
  • Restriction records are kept after the restriction ends, for reviewing appeals and counting occurrences;
  • When an account is deleted, the related data is deleted.

6. Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard encryption and strict access controls. Only authorized personnel have access to account data, and only to the extent required to perform their duties. We regularly review our security practices to ensure your data is protected.

7. Legal Compliance

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may be required to disclose information if compelled by a valid legal obligation, such as a court order. In such cases, we will disclose only the minimum information required by law and, where permitted, will notify affected users.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction while using our service. Illegal use of our service is strictly prohibited. You agree not to use VPNCheap for any unlawful purpose.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our service:

  • Conducting cyberattacks or network intrusions
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Distributing malware or malicious software
  • Engaging in fraud or deceptive practices
  • BitTorrent, magnet links or any other form of P2P downloading or sharing through the service
  • Sharing, lending or reselling your account, or giving your subscription link to others
  • Intercepting or reverse engineering the official client, or fetching the subscription with third-party tools
  • Any other activity that violates applicable laws or the Terms of Service

How these activities are detected and handled is described in Section 5 of the Terms of Service.

10. User Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, and to request a manual review of any automated decision. To exercise these rights or for any privacy-related inquiries, please contact us at support@vpncheap.io. We will process your request in a timely manner.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on our website and within the app. Updated policies take effect upon publication. Continued use of the service after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Terms of Service

Our service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service. Service features and availability may change at any time without prior notice.

13. Disclaimer

VPNCheap is not responsible for the actions of its users. You are solely responsible for any content you access or transmit through our service. We disclaim all liability arising from misuse of the service or violation of this policy.
