Terms of Service

1. Service Description

VPNCheap provides network optimization and secure transmission services designed to protect your internet connection and enhance your online privacy. Our service is intended for lawful personal use only. It is not intended for circumventing applicable laws or regulations.

2. Lawful Use

You agree to use VPNCheap in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Conducting network attacks or unauthorized system access
  • Committing fraud or engaging in deceptive practices
  • Accessing, distributing, or transmitting illegal content
  • BitTorrent, magnet links or any other form of P2P file sharing or downloading through the service, including P2P uploads performed in the background by video, cloud-storage or game-booster software
  • Sending bulk email through our servers, unauthorized port scanning or brute-force attacks
  • Any other activity that violates applicable law

Our servers are hosted in data centers around the world, and data-center providers have clear rules on how their servers may be used. When any of the above occurs, the provider may take the whole server offline, affecting every user on it. We therefore detect these activities automatically and handle them in stages as described in Section 5.

3. Client Security and Anti-Reverse Engineering

To protect the security of the service and the normal use of all users, unauthorized traffic interception, reverse engineering or any other technical circumvention of the official VPNCheap client is strictly prohibited, including:

  • Intercepting or sniffing traffic from the official client, including decrypting its communications with HTTPS man-in-the-middle (MITM) proxies or self-signed certificates
  • Decompiling, unpacking, debugging, modifying or cracking the official client
  • Extracting, exporting, copying, reselling or publicly sharing server information, subscription content or other protected service resources
  • Using modified clients, third-party programs or scripts to access our servers without the official client, or fetching the subscription automatically and frequently with third-party tools

If you need to inspect or debug client communications for a legitimate purpose such as a security audit, corporate compliance or technical integration, contact support@vpncheap.io and explain the purpose before doing so; once confirmed, we may provide a dedicated test environment or an isolated server. Prior authorization is possible; an appeal after the fact is not authorization. Normal installation, updating and use of the official client will never trigger this section.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Your account is for your personal use only: it may not be shared, lent, rented or resold, and your subscription link may not be given to others. The number of devices that may be signed in at the same time is set by the plan you purchased. Use of one account from several different regions within the same period, or a subscription link being fetched by several parties, is treated as account sharing and handled under Section 5.

Subscriptions may renew automatically; you can manage billing and cancellation through the App Store or Google Play. The refund window, fees and non-refundable cases are set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Usage Restrictions and Graduated Enforcement

To keep our servers stable for everyone, our systems automatically detect the behaviour described in Sections 2 to 4 (BitTorrent / P2P downloading, account sharing, subscription fetching with third-party tools, traffic interception and reverse engineering, port scanning and the like). An account found to engage in such behaviour enters a restricted state: the number of available servers is reduced, while all other features and the validity of your plan are unaffected and your existing clients need no action. We send a notice to your registered email address explaining the reason and the end date.

  • Restriction period: 7 days the first time; a further occurrence during the restriction or after restoration extends it by 14 days, and each later occurrence by 30 days
  • If nothing similar happens again during the period, all servers are restored automatically when it ends, with no request needed
  • Your plan’s validity continues to run during a restriction; a restriction is not grounds for a refund or an extension
  • For serious or repeated violations we may terminate the service and permanently suspend the account without refunding paid fees, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for bulk extraction, resale or public distribution of server information

If you believe a decision is wrong, open a ticket in the app or email support@vpncheap.io and we will review it manually; a restriction confirmed to be a mistake is lifted immediately and does not count as an occurrence.

6. Service Availability

Service availability may vary by region and network conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or consistent performance at all times. Certain features or servers may be unavailable in specific regions due to local regulations or technical constraints.

7. Disclaimer

Our service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for any actions taken by users through our service. You assume full responsibility for your use of the service.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on our website and within the app. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
